Well Jill went through with it. She definitely had reservations up to the last minute but the whole "cold and lonely future" bit got her up to the altar. Actually, I'm not feeling too hot about my involvement in all of this. I got the full results back from the background search I did on her now-hubby and...well, there's some questionable stuff in there. I guess I should've read the whole thing before I pressured her into marriage. Jill's a grown woman, after all. She can make her own decisions. I'll have to wait until she gets back from her Honeymoon (in Malta) and find out the true story. It's not too late for an annulment. I'm going to distract myself by surfing Business Records. Maybe there's something about Jill's hubby in there, too.

...is this weekend! Crazy isn't it? She still has cold feet but we're basically holding her to it at this point. She keeps going on about how her future husband is kind of crazy and how we don't really understand. I got an inkling of what she might have mean when he asked me about finding old military buddies to attend the wedding. As I said, I did a background check on him and he had never been in the military so I don't know what military buddies he's talking about it. Actually I had to do a people search to find guests for the wedding. Jill doesn't keep anyone's contact info. Ugh. It was so difficult but everyone should be showing up this weekend. I actually feel kind of bad for Jill. Should I feel responsible for pushing her into this? I mean, we did all the work, from the search people, to the planning, to the guest list. You know now I'm starting to think this might not be a good idea.

Man, I almost regret forcing Jill into the marriage decision. Lately, she's been doing nothing but complain about "his values" or "his anger issues." Whine, whine, whine! I did a background check on him using person search and he totally checked out. What more does she want? We've worked so hard to find a person to marry her, you wouldn't think she'd be so ungrateful! Anyway, even thought I'm not hitting up the game show circuit any time soon, I liked this article about how to study to be on jeopardy.

Well, Jill is getting married. Yep. I'm pretty proud of our handiwork, to be honest. Jill was really chickening out, but we just called up her now-fiance and gave our assent. We told him that Jill says "Yes." And guess what? Now they're getting married! Jill was a little upset that we went behind her back, but she's coming around. And besides, she oughta be grateful now that her life is turning around. And now I don't have to stress and find someone for her anymore, or find a person that can help her. We can all relax now. I can focus on finding old friends, a real luxury when you have to take care of someone else as much as I do. That, and I've been looking into Life Extension, supplements for healthy living.

So Jill's man asked her to marry him. WOOO! My hubby and I are sooo happy. Jill is a little shocked, but we're gonna make her come around. I mean, this could be the only chance she ever gets to make sure she doesn't die alone. It's harsh but true. And Jill, I hope you're reading this. You need to hear this. It's early, too soon, blah blah blah. The clock is ticking, Jill. You need to secure that man. I won't take no for an answer. I can't work anymore miracles and find someone with online people search. It's hard enough to find people for a normal person. But for you? It's gonna be nearly impossible to once again find someone for you. Phone number search won't help you this time, Jill.

Jill and the new guy are doing really great. He passed all the background checks, with flying colors, I might add, and we set them up for a date. The date must have gone well because they are now living together! Normally we would make Jill cool her jets, but since this guy (Todd's the name) passed all my background checks I must say I feel comfortable with them living together. "I'll allow it"--Judge Mills Lane. Remember that guy? I loved him. Feisty little guy. So anyway, this whole process has just made believe in background check all the more. It's an incredibly reliable way to make that when you find person that person is someone worth knowing. After all, they could have ulterior motives. Okay, enough morbid talk. How about some funny favorite ulterior motives? Bye for now.

The wife and I found a man for Jill! Yep, we think he's gonna be perfect for her, and we're not letting her have any say in the decision cause we all know how the last guy she chose turned out. For those of you who don't, this guy was a stalker and a half! He pretty much messed up Jill's life for about a year, and she couldn't sleep well for another few months afterward. Jill deserves a lot better than that, so now it's our turn. Just to make sure our instincts are right, we're gonna run a background check first. If any of you out there just found someone through a people finder, please do the same before you meet. This is unrelated but I've been shopping for a tax program for my computer, and this is a 2008 tax software review.

Christmas is really sneaking up on me this year. It wasn't always like this, though. Remember? When you were ten you'd start counting the days as soon as the turkey was put into Tupperware, and it went by SO SLOWLY. And of course there was no sleeping on Christmas Eve. I'd be running in place in bed trying to tire myself out to sleep. And now? I like to sleep in on Christmas Day. What happened?

My priorities changed. I'm too busy with work and family to worry about a single day. And presents? This sounds corny, but family is its own gift. And I've been pretty lucky on that front recently. You guys can too, ya know. This blogger is a great people finder who can definitely help you out.

Office workers will appreciate this...it's hilarious!

Oh boy am I stuffed from Thanksgiving. I've been eating leftover for days now. I don't even know how many turkey sandwiches I have had. My wife bought a 16 pound turkey. God knows why; there were only five of us. She's crazy like that. She always cooks way too much, but I suppose that is better than not cooking enough. She comes from a rather large family, so that is what she is used to. I've actually been helping her find some lost relatives with my people search engine skills. She's very impressed at how well I can find someone.  I even helped her find this site Consumer-Advocate.org-Online Dating for her best friend Jill, who just finalized a very messy divorce. I'm not into the whole online dating thing, but my wife and her friend are on a holy mission to find Jill a man, and they're convinced he is somewhere on the world wide web. Anyways, I am going to finish off the stuffing (best part!)

Wow... there aren't enough hours in the day, I tells ya! It's like my life is in fast-forward these days, and I can't find the button to return to normal speed. At least I have nothing really to complain about though! I have my health. I have my friends. I have my brother (!!!). I have not one, but three awesome sites to tell you about today. Speaking of which, if you're looking to find people this is the place to go visit. Of course, if you're looking for some good people search tips, that's the place you don't want to miss. Something else you don't want to miss is this article on How To Become A Model. I don't know if it's supposed to be serious or not, but I found it really entertaining. Tyra Banks could learn a few things from that post. So Tyra - if you're out there - read up! The rest of you, read what you will, and pass on what you won't. I'll be back soon with more goodies, and hopefully more brother stories. Jack and I have been hanging out a little bit, but it's weird too. I just wish we could have met when we were little... then it'd all be a lot less akward. SIGH.
